1:10 Scale Modell from the 8G Galant

    Hi guys

the last time i´m totally into RC Drifting and Driving

some of you will still know it but here is a little vid:
    ->Klick me<-

here is a pic of my scubbie that you can see you can buidl wonderful things:

but now to the point of the post on this world are not only one Modell avialable of the Galant 8G so i tried to find a factory who produces a Body for the 1:10 scale 190mm Chassis series. But the Factory told me that i have to find 150 people wich wants to buy a 1:10 scale body from the 8G Galant

one Body inculding Decal sheet is 20eur-27,70USD

Some of you now will say what the hell shall i do with a body for a 1:10 scale RC car when i don´t own a RC car...
for these guys i can sell a package with a complete Reddy to Race electro powered Chassis incl. Steering Battary and everythign else you need. The Chassis will stock ran 35km/h.
this Package would be ca. 140USD

now the Thing to do is to find out if i can get together 150 people wich would buy such a body.
it´s not binding just if you were interessted.

this is an example how it will look:

now please make a list of usernames how would take one or more(if you want more just type the number after your Username:

    like this:

    Galant_4_Live 2
    Cumba

(please copy the list each post and add your name)

It would be a wonderfull thing if there will be a modell of the 8G available

    Thanks

    Alex

Sounds like a good idea, if we could actually get that many people to commit to it. Even though I'm not into R/C racing, I would commit to buy the full $140 kit, along with at least 2 extra shells. But in order to get the kind of numbers you need, I think you and others that are into these type models, should contact their local hobby shops and see if they would order multiple pieces. (Maybe 10+) Also you should list this in the "Group Buy" section so that it doesn't get lost. Can you also find out if the company would be willing to produce additional add-ons for that shell. (Such as different spoilers and ground effects)

id be down for the full kit

If you would make a 1:18 scale diecast model I would love you.

I have a collection of around 50-60 diecast cars in 1:18 scale.

But definitely a cool idea as an RC car.

seriously you do this and ill buy three of them. i have four 10th scale cars and would love to have one of these sitting next to my real car at a show. i think the front bumper should look like the old style VR4 bumper instead of the new style. it would help keep the car looking aggressive. pleeeeeeeeeeeease! but put me down for three for real!

would it be too much to ask to have the old style vr4 bumper on the car?
here's the evo and chassis with no electronics in it at the moment.

its a Tamiya TA04R with a TRF 414 conversion without the bulkheads. i usually use the car for touring and grip. but i would love to have the vr4 body on this chassis. i could use it as a model for different wheel and drop combos. yep send me three.

ues because then it wouldnt be a miniature version of mine...lmao...it would be cool to have the 2 styles though

  19. #19
yep they should offer it with a bumper cover that would convert it from the old style to the new.
