    gas cover

    i tryed looking and couldnt find anything about it on this site =sorry if its a repost = ....i was on the freeway yesterday and my gas cover flew off...it was already broken the bottom part and was only held by the top clip/pin ....is this a commen issue? and what can i do to prevent it from happining again? ...and damn it looks so ugly now !!!

    I've never heard of that but makes sense if it was just barely holding on by a hinge. I think it is only a problem with your car and is a result of previous damage not relating to the quality of the parts used to make the car. As for a fix why don't you get creative. Buy a cf one and weld on some new hinges and I know they also sell locking ones, probably not in cf though.

    i bought the car like that a month ago...and i looked at it and it was all plastic looked cheep made ...where can i get a CF one???
