Are these gauges mechanical or electrical?

I want to get these to match my gauge panels, but I really want electrical gauges with the sensors on location and a signal wire feeding the gauge. The descriptions aren't that great (which is sad, because I thought AC Autotechnic was pretty good). I have a sneaking suspicion they're mechanical from googling other vendors (or at least some of them are), but I'm not 100% sure.

Also, I saw someone get a set of 6 for like $200, and I was wondering where the best place to buy them is. I'm planning on starting with A/F and a voltmeter, but if I can get a good deal, I may just go for a full set.
    Here's a link to the $200 thread I found. I couldn't find a source there.

    Thanks.
