    If you have a 4G64 setup, then this is a very common problem. The stock intake manifold is known to crack, that is why you should consider swapping in an Outlander manifold.

    ok, i was told that there was a HOW TO on the Outlander manifold. But i dont see it, can anyone link me to it. or was it erased?

    I searched and couldn't find it. I believe that krispy03 did this a while back. This is a direct bolt-on, just get the Outlander manifold, TB, and TPS.

    OK, sorry a bit slow here, but what is a "TPS"? So i will need the TB from the Outlander as well? O look at me i sound like a newbee...

    TPS = Throttle Position Sensor

    Underrated wrote up a tutorial, but it was unfortunately lost in the forum move for GalantForums. I think I have it archived somewhere - will see if I can find it.

    Weld the old one!!!!!!!!!

    i changed my intake manifold 3 times, after the first time i changed my mounts but it still cracked!!! so i took my intake to a muffler shop and had it welded on the inside($20), i also put jb weld around the outside!!!!!!! It has been perfect for months!!!!!!!!!!
