    Rear Tires Rub!

    so i just got a very good deal from one of my friends on some rims, they are some 18's, the front is perfectly fine but the back of the car the tires rub whenevre it goes thru bumps, heres a pic showing u how it is, how can i fix it, i bought some tire spacers but they would not fit on the rear springs!

    Roll the fenders. Time for a wooden baseball bat and a heatgun.

    Wheels look good on the car btw.

    take off your tires and just trim them on the inside corners
    do it with a knife and be carefull

    trim off the inside corners? that sounds easy said then done, is that the only way? dont wanna damage my shocks or struts

    First off, what are the tire and wheel sizes? Those tires look way too big. Im guessing theyre prolly 235 correct? If so, thats your problem. You need to be running 225 or 215. I made the mistake of purchasing a 235 for my car and rubbed like hell over bumps and dips. Get some 225 tires and you should be fine. Also make sure the width of those wheels is proper for good fitment. I ran 18x7.5. I think 18x8 fit with no rub too. I dont know about 18x8.5 or 9.
