ok, so i got my body decal put on. but thew asshole actually cut the slits on my car!! he told me that it just went through the wax...but i went to a detailer today and they used all types of chemicals...not coming out. definitely through the paint... take a look---> hard to see but straight lines http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/fsubk/vwp?.dir=...rc=ph%26.view=t

anyway since its a sign shop i didnt get a reciept, am i gonna need my whole car painted? and how can i make sure he pays for this???

theres really not much u can do sience he didnt give u a receipt. :cry: :cry:

well, he works with our car club all the time, so i am sure i can get a reciept, or hopefully he will take care of this the right way....

Once you get the receipt, if he refuses to pay, you can take him to small claims court. Needless to say but I suspect he won't be working with your car club anymore after that though...

i went there today and he told me that he was going to take the decal off wed. and have one of his people buff it with a high speed buffer. i dont think its gonna work, but once it doesnt, hell be forced to do something....

like i said, they didnt come out..so iwent and got an estimate today from mitsu dealer and they want 1200.... but this guy had an estimate from one of his guys for 600....no my question is, should i let him pay for it and have this guy at a paint and body shop paint my car? or should i take him to court and have mitsu do it if i win???

u got to think about this. if u do take it to court will it matter? i mean after all the court fees and all the trouble u went thru. but then again he fucked up with the install, then he might fuck up again with a shitty paint job...
