New Reputation System

Was installed a few days ago. A members reputation means nothing more then what other members rate their posts at. It may be accurate, it may be far from, its all for fun. To give a member good or bad rep, click the scale in the lower left section of the members post. From there, you can give the member positive or negative rep, and a description why.

Please do not abuse this, dont give members repeated bad rep just because you do not like them. There are rules in place that prevent you from abusing this.

It takes one point to give somebody rep. You get 1 rep point for every:
-3 days that go by
-10 posts that you make
-every 5 +/-rep points received by other members

If you have under 30 posts, reputation you give to other members does not count against their total rep score. You can only give out 5 points per day, and you have to give rep to 5 other people before you can hit the same person again.

Updated the rules a bit so it doesnt take as long to get more rep.

Also as common courtesy, if somebody helps you out in a thread and answers your question, give them positive rep.

Is there going to be a way to see our reputation points in our User CP, similar to other forums? I think it is cool to be able to see how many reps you got, where you got them, who gave them to you, and the messages/reason you got them for.
