    EVO oil pan on 8G 2.4L?

    Has anybody tried to put an EVO 8/9 oil pan on a 2.4L in a 99-01 Galant? I need an oil pan asap, and I am considering the EVO one for future turbo upgrade plans. Any thoughts?

    yes it fits. I have one on my 4G64 block DOHC swapped motor. You would need to block off the turbo drain line until you actually install the turbo.

    you will also need a new evo 8 oil strainer, and the splash sheild

    by the strainer you mean the oil pick up line, right ?? and what is the splash shield ??
