    Zigens 7G build thread

    Now that circuit city went under ill have the time needed to start and finish my 7g... Over the next few weeks ill be posting progress and i hope to move pretty fast with it. Any comments, positive or negative are welcomed as well as ideas, dont be afraid to speak up i assure you i wont lose any sleep over it!
    Also this is going to be a full build and i know its messy now but it will be cleaned up so dont worry about that..

    All of this was done yesterday when i found 2 hours of free time between errands.
    Out with the 275's and in with the 450's

    Again with resistor pack (not installed yet)

    Fuel rail out

    Fuel rail back in and test fit vr-4 strut bar

    Maft mounting location

    Teaser pic

    Vr4 wing FTW

    And another

    And project for 2morrow if its nice out

    -Python 460 hp security and keyless entry
    -Audio sensor
    -Dual zone motion sensor
    -4x Door lock actuators
    -Trunk release
    -2x Relays

    I may also run my FMIC pipe 2morrow..

    you had manual locks and windows too?


    coming along nicely. does your strut brace hit the hood? i had to trim the skeleton unter the hood

    yea manual everything... in that pic the strut bar isisnt bolted down but by the looks of it its going to hit.. im not sure how often ill have my hood on tho

    Take a pic of the front bumper, what lip is that? Vr4 spoiler looks sexy

    heh not really... its to run a gm mas in place of a mitsu mas...
    easier to use with intercooler pipe, adjustment for larger fuel injectors, ect.. its actually maft pro so i have the controller mounted in the car under the arm rest but its not wired up completely.. ill post pics of that when its done as well

    ^thanks for clearing that up, I saw a horsepower chip on ebay that looked just like that, that's why I asked.

    ya just like mine, it sucks right? PM me where you got the alarm and locks. my ebay system took a crap and i need a new one asap!

    and the for the strut brace all you need to do is trim the skeleton. i will get you a pic

    so i wired up my resistor pack today, started it up and smoke was pouring out the exhaust.. popped the oil lid n there was white cloudyness in the oil... so time for a full engine build n not just a "bolt on turbo" setup :(
    lookin to buy a 4g64 (for a 95) if anyone is selling one thats in good running condition let me know!

    If you want to build a sohc head ill give you mine after i pull it off next month. and then just do rings and bearings with a cylinder hone and you should be set.
