    a/c belt

    my car doesn't have the a/c belt.. that bad for my car?
    or there is no problem??

    It just means that your a/c won't work since there isn't a belt to rotate the compressor. Unless the compressor is bad and the previous owner just eliminated the A/C belt all together.
