seams pretty wide for our cars, but im not 100%. 8.5" wide I would think you would need a larger tire, 225 seams small. Greddy has 235's on his 8" wide evo wheels.

well galant 3333 are selling these and thats what he has on his car. highest offset it comes with is like 32 or 35 im not sure.. and he said 225/35/18 and 225/40/18 on bak. that way it wont rub.

those actually look good. And yes, they will fit a stock 8G.
And get 225/40/18 tires all around.

Those are nice wheels. 8.5" will fit, but you'll have to shave or roll your rear fenders for these to prevent rubbing. And put 235/40/18 all the way around. 225's will be too skinny for 8.5" wide wheels. And putting different size tires on will prevent you from rotating your tires. Not to mention looking ugly, bcz the skinny tires will be in back. I have 19"x 8.5" and they sit on 235/35/19 tires. Its a perfect fit. 225's are for 7-8" wide wheels.

why by 9.5 Inch wheels just for the back?

  13. #13
thats how someone is selling them to me.. and i guess it wont look bad if the rear wheels are a inch wider now would it?

i just wouldnt understand getting wider rims for the wheels that dont supply the power, I'd understand if you have a RWD car with some serious power. IMO I would get all the same size (rims and tires) so you can rotate them and keep the tire tread life longer.
