Replaced all belts and made sure everything was lined up TDC. Only get a whining at cranking and have no clue what else to do. Someone help

it gives off a small combust but thats it other than the whining. About to recheck the current timing on it now

From one thing to another. got it up and running....somewhat. Took it for a test ride. Idles at aorund 500 and cuts off when stopped. Going to bite the bullet and take it in to the shop for a tune up and adjustment tomorrow
bad coil pack? if your an i4 that is or bad Dizzy if your a v6 maybe,
