Subwoofer not working, need some help

i had just installed my sub like 2 weeks ago and it was working fine then when i installed the back speakers my sub stopped working. the fuses are all good and my back speakers work fine.

im guessing this is the problem but im not sure. this is the ground wire i think.
if this is the problem then what am i supposed to do with it?

Does your subwoofer amp have power?

How did they tap in a signal for the subs? Did they tap the rear speaker wires or did they plug it into the back of your aftermarket head unit?

We need a little more info.

the light for my amp is off so i guess thats not working. and for the wires they had to to connect it to speakers by splicing the wires.
but they connected the wires right behind head unit.

also i kept removing the negative battery when trying to put speakers in.

you need to ground your amp, if thats your ground wire thats just laying around you need to bolt that down between some metal.

you might of gotten lucky and had your amp go into protection mode before it blew up. But when your amp "blows up" 90% of the time it will start smoking so its hard to miss it if it did blow up

    LMFAO!

I was at school when I looked at this and I didn't see the pictures because of the filter.

I almost died when I got home and saw this thread!!!

also make sure you sand down the spot where the ground will bolt to the car, you have to get rid of any paint and be left with bare metal

And don't expect your Wal-Mart Neverstart battery to hold up for very long under the abuse of a system.
