Like quicksilver said, get some HVAC in there and you're good. Looks like a good foundation for a little workshop / storage space.

some workbench you have. it didn't even last a day as a workbench...it ended up as a storage bench lol

lol no this is just we can clear the rest of it to finish up once we are done i promise you it wont look like that
