Just before everything 4G63 swap

Ok ik there are some threads with this on here and everything but i just want to make sure before i go out and buy everything this week. Ok now i have a 4g64 in my 03 galant right now and i want to make sure i can get an evo 8 engine put in there with the tranny and have everything bolt right up. I was told by some friends that i dont have to run awd to put it in. I can just keep in front wheel drive.
