*Pics* Are my spark plug wires arranged correctly?

Something seems really strange. The cap all the way to the left will not go down all the way no matter what we do. We had a 300LB cop next door try to shut it for us and it wouldn't budge any further down. Should I just replace it?

Also, are the wires arranged right?

it looks like a coil on plug waste spark set up to me. as for the boot thats not fitting correctly, the plug in the boot may not be seating on the nipple of the spark plug properly. does the car start or run properly.

Mines are setup the same way. I had the same problem with 1 being not fully inserted. My car was fine, but I changed the wires and it stayed shut.

the wires are in the correct places but I think the length is off.

I'd rather have the knowledge and ability to do it than the money to buy it already done.
