    Brake fade

Reading about my rear drums here:

    http://auto.howstuffworks.com/auto-p...rum-brake1.htm

I feel like my rear brakes are fading... my stopping power isn't what it used to be and front rotors and brakes and d/s and new pads less than 1 year... I'm thinking it's time for the swap but is there anything else in the meantime i can do to test?

You can test the brake fluid for acidity.

A common cause of brake fade.

Yea....change that fluid out, that is a long time for the same brake fluid to be in there.
