More than likely, I can't see both reverse bulbs being blown, but it's possible. Check your wiring, you may have other issues besides the taillight wiring.

So basically the wiring for 3rd gens is the same as 2nd gens? Looking for a set of 2nd gens, but keeping this diagram handy.

^pretty much, but if you don't know where to start on the 2nd gen, look at the bulbs, those will tell you what they do, aka 2 filiment, brake and running lights, one filiment brake or running lights.

A filipino's number one dream is to own a car before anything else. In the philippines, most private car owners consider their vehicles as an extension of their home but with one differrence: a home is where his wife cooks while a car is where his girlfriend builds a fire. Hmmm...

i checked my bulbs they are good, tried checking to see if i got current going with a multimeter but none is going to the reverse. mine are like pluug and play i dont see any soldering or cable works on the plug.i just see a plug connected to another plug just as if it was stock. iil take a pic later

take the reverse lights out, with power off, meter on the ohms setting, its the omega symbol on the meter. if you get O.L., they aren't even connected, if you have an extremely low reading, like 50 to 125 ohms, something low like that, then you have a short, and you need to find where. I would first check where they are soldered together.
