haha ROCKETS... my girl still is mad that we lost ARIZA to HUSTON but ARTEST should make the LAKERS a much more physically tough team. he's gonna b a 3/4 that won't need too much help on defense (won't get manhandled or rooted out). now if we could just get rid of WALTON, i'd be happy! actually since ARTEST can guard 1/2's as well, our big lineup just got REALLY big (ARTEST, KOBE, LAMAR, GASOL, BYNUM). i wonder if ARIZA is happy that he landed in HUSTON... or is he pissed at his agent? he ended up getting the same money that LA offered him to stay, and now he is in a much smaller market (less endorsement money) and has a much smaller chance of going to the finals again any time soon (isn't YAO out for next season?). i kinda feel bad for TREVOR.

yeah i wouldnt rock those either save them and their gonna be rare one day,i stick to the wade 3's they ugly but they get the job done lol..yeah i kinda wanted artest to stay cause he can creat his own shot,thats what we need with yao and tracy out,but i mean trevor wanted to be his own player,hes a great defender (will learn more from battier) and hopefully this season he learns to create and stand out,from what i hear hes 23 or 24 so hes got alot of time,yeah the market is gonna suck but ittl be worth it in 2 yrs when brooks,landry,dorsey,budinger are all decent,theirs a slim chance that t mac comes earlier than expected,hes workin with tim grover who helped wade come back,lakers will be good but i think the spurs come outta the west

Spurs? Are you serious. The Lakers are the best team in Basketball. I want a finals rematch LAKERS Vs celtics.

very serious,the lakers are gonna be good but i think the spurs can take them in a seven game series,if manu is healthy...jeffersons add is gonna suprise some people i think..lakers will prolly win the west regular season,artest is gonna help but watching him for my team last yr,he tends to shoot the team outta the game,and i wouldnt be suprised if he and kobe get in a scuffle argument etc during the season..if they play the celts in the finals that series will be tight,

As long as the lakers bench keeps producing we should be rooting for them in the finals again. I think the spurs will be good but I don't think they match up well with the lakers. Plus artest wont nearly take as much shoots as he did in houston. Its kobe/gasol/artest/lamar. I think gasol needs to be a lot more aggressive sometimes and shoot the ball more. He has that touch when he shoots.

o they're rare NOW... allready worth $300 and prices will only go up. but that won't stop me from wearing them, i just won't ever run in them! i'll probably only wear them to games at staples (i go to a few every year), and i'll probably wear them in other cities when i visit (like when i wore my lakers gear in BOSTON).

HUSTON has a few years to go before becoming contenders, and SAN ANTONIO needs to retool... they are OLD (especially TIM DUNCAN aka "big boring fundamentals")!

yeah i know man thats why i hate injuries to superstars but they lost to dallas up 3-1 like 3-4 yrs ago so its no excuse.yao was the best center in the nba last yr (howards just beats him in athleticism)hopefully he comes back,i might go to a couple games this yr too well see

KOBE ZOOM IV FINALS MVP (away colors - black/purple/gold) just released today at House of Hoops LA/NYC/CHI... sold out in 10 minutes. i'm so tempted to get a pair.

KOBE never actually wore these in a game as the version being released are "FINALS MVP" and the gold scribbles are stats only from the finals series (which was not over yet duh!), the tongue has MVP and 4 stars (one for each championship) instead of the KOBE logo. notice the differences from the pair he is wearing and the released version... but they are even more rare than the "FINALS HOME" version that i picked up.

just got more gear:

limited edition KOBE 4 RINGS shirt and shoes (only ~200 pairs of these shoes worldwide). kobe, lamar, shannon and others wore these on ring night (1st home game when they got their champsionship rings). gonna wear them to the game on monday vs. orlando.

maybe i should wear one on each foot... haha!
