Hi Guys..on my 1999 Galant my windshield wipers dont work. They pretty much work when they want to. When it comes to the switch on the steering column, when it is in the off position the wipers go at a fast speed. When the switch is pushed down into the fastest speed they shut off. Sometimes they work normally, sometimes they don't work at all. As of now, they officially don't work at all, ever. The fuse is fine, and we swapped out the wiper motor and the switch. None of it worked. Does anyone know what else it could be??

lol yes.. the fuse if fine. is there a wiper relay? if so, where is it located?
its on the firewall on the passenger side along the top
I thought the wiper relay would be in the fuse box under the hood. Down behind to the drivers headlight.Originally Posted by qnz

Youre right. What I was thinking about is the wiper motor.
