Need Opinion 8G still with stock wheels

Im buying 18x8 Rotas. Which offset would be better +35 or +45?
For tire 245/40 Lowered with Eibachs.

depends on what you're planning on doing, are you gonna be running brembos? Eibach pro kit or sportline springs, which struts are you going with or are you staying with stock struts, ummm, do you want to have to roll/cut/fold your rear fenders, the +45 will stick out less and clear better, but I don't think they'll fit over brembos, you may want to drop down in tire size of you want, it ta kes some significant massaging fo the fenders to run 245s

run the 45 offset unless you plan to do the brembo brake swap, then do 35. Also 245 tire is much larger than recommended. Almost everyone on here runs a 225/40/18

but if you want 245s, it's "easily done" just takes time and a lot of patience lol

Thanks friends. I'm only using Eibach Pros. I'm already running 225 tires and I can get away with wider. Maybe I'll try 235s. I'll also go with the +35 offset due to Brembos being in the future (I hope). thanks again for your assistance.
