without fender mods (rolled, cut, pulled) and/or heavy negative camber? no.

actually, i take that back. if you stretch some 205/40 tires on there and have stiff dampers w/ an empty trunk (no spare tire), maybe... but still probably not. to run that low of an offset you are going to have to do some work... that is not going to simply bolt on and clear the rear fenders.
