I'm trying to figure out why my car surges upon acceleration, I will drive through any gear, with normal like driving, and say like;car revs up to 2k it will drop a lil and then go back up then continuously do that through all gears and rpm ranges. I don't know the last time fuel pump has been changed or fuel sending unit up front, i never replaced yet.could be injectors? AND i just gave her a full tune up too.

bad plugs Maybe? i had surges and misfires all over the place when mine were bad, sometimes the rev would just bottom out when i has idling. check em out

Yeah I had the same problem on my Rav4 I just replaced the coils, wires and plugs :)

well i just replaced my valve cover gasket and along with my plugs and wires.
