    Mitsubishi Owners Day 2009 Pictures

I am uploading my pictures now, but in the meantime, is a pic from the NorCal Evo convoy arrival to the Hampton Inn Hotel.

Some of the Evo guys taped up their bumpers with blue painters tape to protect their bumpers from bugs and debris. They put all the tape together into a big ball

Will post my pics when they finish uploading. The WiFi network connection at my Hotel is damn slow

I would just suggest they use a clear bra, or vinyl, looks better than the car being blue.

Honestly, the tape didn't protect against anything, except for bug juice. The best part was the words taped up on the side of some of the Evos - I'll try and find some pics of those

    Finally finished uploading :D

8:11am, I arrived at Mitsubishi Headquarters and wait in line to get inside:

The Galants didn't get a big sign this year, mainly because they used the ones from last year, and the Galant sign, was, er missing

By 8:30am we have a decent number of 8G and a lot of 6G VR4s:

At 9:00am, We have filled up the entire line of spots with 8Gs, 6G VR4s, and a pair of 9Gs (although the 2nd 9G was a stock 09 model, with the owner unknown) - click the thumbnail for a larger view of the quick panorama stitch:

Officially we had 2 9Gs, but there was a third 9G with an unknown owner:

There was one 7G, but I didn't know who drove it in:

There were quite a bit of 6G VR4s, but they mostly kept to themselves and the other DSMs (guess us late gen rabble was not good enough :()

Only a pair of Starions showed up at first, but more came later in the day:

This 3KGT was parked away from the other 3KGTs - I wonder why?

Not surprised that the GVR4 guys seperated themselves for the later gen Galants...they tend to stick with the 1g'ers from my observation and experience. Looks like there wasn't many Galants out there this year..but the ones that showed up represented quite nicely!

For some reason..MOD this year wasn't "as big" as previous ones. I could be wrong.
