turbo kit on ebay??

so i know for a fact that you should never buy a turbo kit from ebay but i found this turbo set up. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT it seems to come with a lot of stuff. the only thing missing seems to be the down pipe. anyone what to check it out and clearify things. seems like a starter kit for going turbo. let me know if there are other things missing as well.

you would be better off piecing together your own kit for less...its not so much that the kits dont come with everything but the fact that the quality is not very good..
