    Enkeis EDR9 color code?

    Hey Guys!

my wheel has a gash that completely took the paint off! I tried talking to a wheel specialist and their only recommendation was to paint all four tires because it is difficult for them to color match it and they cannot guarantee that it will be the same as the originals. Here is the thing, I called Enkeis and they cant tell me the paint code (g-14 classified).

All I know is that the color is Matte Black. Any suggestions?

    oh two part question

What is the best way to paint the grille mesh? for example on an old style grille? (my bodyshop painted the whole grille pearl white including the damn mesh, had them paint the mesh black but on the edges you can still see white, very annoying. just planning on painting it myself.) Any ideas my tgc brothers?

can you remove the mesh from the grille? if so, plasti-dip would be the best way to paint it so it doesnt chip. I have yet to do that still too.

I'd rather have the knowledge and ability to do it than the money to buy it already done.

You shouldn't have taken the grill back. You paid them to do the job you wanted. The only way I can think of is to tape off everything except the grill and spray it matte black.
