    O2 Sensor Question

So real simple...the O2 sensors....do they just screw in and click in the connectors? I currently have one new one and I dont want it to go in until I have both. Just curious if I could do it in a few minutes....plug and play, or should I take it in. Thanx

Be very carful becasue they like to rust in. Depending on weither they had anti-seize put on the threads is how long it will take you. The front one should be easily accessable. The downstream one is a little more of a pita. Normally where the wire goes up into the car is up under the Driver seat. Now the problem is that the wire clip is inside under the seat and the carpet... I dont belive that it is long enough to pull down, so what you will have to do is very simple. There are 4 bolts holding down your diver seat. You have to take them out and take the seat out... Then from your center console pull the carpet out and peel it back then the clip will be accessable... Good luck. Dont waste your mney with a shop they will charge you 200 to do if. if you have any problems PM me and ill help you out.

Well i have a 94 and the wire comes into the car right under the seat by the vents... It might be different for the 96-98 guys... Thats just where mine is.
