Icon9 All Spark Plugs are wet in oil

    Hi everyone.

I'm a new car owner, and would like to ask what I need to check and have repaired in order to correct my spark plugs (all of them) being wet in oil.
    Here are some specifics:

Ride: 1996 Mitsubishi Galant S (the 4-cylinder one)
    Mileage: 83,000+ kms
Last Change of Spark Plugs: 08/06/09 (82,843 kms)
Last Oil Change: 08/06/09 (82,843 kms)
Discovered when: During engine wash yesterday

Hope you can help me, thanks everyone!

valve stem seals, head gasket, cracked head/block or piston rings. More than likely its head gasket or valve stem seals.

is the oil on the top of the plug? you know, the side thats NOT in the combustion chanber. the side where the spark plug wires connect to?

or is the oil on the electrode itself?

Usually its the head gaskets that goes first.

is it wet when you pull it out and oil in the spark plug tube too ? because oil on the plug tip would be really big problem, but if you pull the spark plug tube out and there is oil that is simple valve cover gasket set.
