    FLOW

I got a couple of things on my mind first-
When you put a turbo on a car you have to upgrade your fuel injectors right?
Where can I find some injectors that have more flow? (not just replace them for new ones)
Would this damage the engine if there was no turbo, nos, cam change, forged pistons, and major work like that?
Also when you put a bottle of nos on your car is the WOT one the only way it can be turned on, and If I get one of these could I adjust the point at where the throtle touches the switch (moving the switch more up)?
Oh yeah Shoud this post go in the Turbos Superchargers & NOS forum?
because Im just real askin where I can get better injectors for my 1994 ES.

well when u upgrade to turbo u should get larger fuel injectors 450-550cc depending on how much boost you are running and rewire your fuel pump if not get a new one. You will also need something to manage all of this fuel being pumped so get urself a SAFC.

NOS can be hooked up a few ways. 1. to a button(preferred by mose tf&tf types of people ) or 2. at WOT...its up to the user.

if you do not have any major mods or anything theres really no point in larger injectors...just rewire your fuel pump, it costs like $3

Yeah I heard about the fuel pump rewire mod. What is it? how do you do it? So there really no need for more flow in the injectors on a car that has no major mods?

This is the tutorial I used...same thing even though its for a 2g...

o yah, [url=http://www.vfaq.com/index-main.html]VFaqs is an awesome source for FAQs and DIYs. Pretty much pertains to all DSM cars, including the galant somewhat. If you want to learn more about doing the head swap and turbos, go there and browse

you dont necessarily need bigger injectors, but its PROBABLY a good idea.

if you theoretically double the amount of air going into an engine, you will also need to double the fuel.
however, theres a LOT more too it than simply bolting in injectors. you should have an entirely new fuel map calculated out for your car, and you should make sure you have ALL the correct fuel system compornants.

Do the fuel pump rewire, not going to notice any difference. In my case I was geting fuel drop at 4k like my car just wouldnt go any more past that point. Voltage at the fuelpump was compeltely cutting out to like 5v, it should always be 12. Rewired it and never had another problem.

Fuel injectors you will need resistor pack and an AFC. You can pick a set up cheap on ebay. If you dont have a turbo theres no reason to do it. If your going to turbo I suggest upgrading injectors as well you dont want to, not have enough fuel in the mixture bad things will happen. Your still gona need an AFC and a knock controller both expensive items, unless you swap to a 2g turbo ecu you could probably save a couple hundred by doing that.

Another thing...I dont know if the ignition system will work under decent boost. I am working on switching to DIS, and a friend of mine is working on modifying the distributer cap/setup so that you can use an afermarket blaster coil with it.

Any thoughts? Has anyone actually turboed the 4g64 with a distributer cap on it, non that I know of. ?

Ok thanks to everyone who responded. I'll now go from here to the Turbo& Nitros forums. First Im going nitros, then ( half a year to 8 months from now) I'll go turbo wit a 4G63 engine swap.
