    gs oil drain ports

As some of you may know, I stripped a 94 gs to the shell form the jy for 80 bones. But didnt grab the block. Is there any difference in the sohc block and the gs dohc block? If so, I can just grab the gs block right? let me know, thanks.

gs block has is tapped for a knock sensor.
    it also has oil squirters,
and the oil drains all of course line up to the DOHC heads so no mods needed to bolt a dohc head to it.
other than that about the same I suppose.

So should I go with the gs block to simplify things? I can still get it for free. The knock sensor was in the same place as the plug in the back of the sohc block, just have to remove the 12mm plug. Im primarilly worried about the 5 oil return holes that you have to block off with the 4g63 swap, if I can use my block without having to block those holes, great but if I have to, I'll just grab the gs block. Plus I like the oil squirter thing, did'nt know that. Thanks.
