Viper 5701 problems

I had a Viper 5701 pink installed into my 03' Galant. It wasn't working I took it to best buy and after having it reinstalled it worked fine but now I'm having issues again. It's been very cold over night (20's) and cold the last few days. This morning I tried to start it and got nothing. I used the two-way and after I pressed the remote start button the f (function) button beeped and the red light next to it came on. Car lights flashed 8 times. Whats going on? Any solutions? After driving to the grocery store the remote start worked fine while I was standing in line to leave. That was after about an hour of shopping.

the starting/cranking time is too short. check the manual on how to increase the cranking time.

incorrect. the only 2 ways you can do it is with a bitwritter or a combo valet button and remote

I had the same problem, you could just go back to where you got it installed. They can change it in a few secs.
