    MM bad

    My drivers side motor mount is bad, sucks its the most expensive! Should i just re-do em all, or just do the one thats bad for now? I have heard people tell me do them all, and no just the do the one thats bad, what should i do?

    when one of mine went out i just changed them all. then you don't have to worry about them for a while

    Yeah i was thinkin i might just do that because the others are only like 30 bucks

    fill it up with windo weld, but it needs to dry completely before you put it back in

    if your straped for cash then yea you can get away with just the one's that bad, but if you have the money i'd go ahead and replace all of them, just to be on the safe side, a MM like anything else once, one go's bad the other's probably arn't to far behind.

    Thanks alot guys for all the advice, right now with the mount blown out it shakes my steering wheel and dash, if i refill it, is it going to shake even more??

    I don't know why I couldn't find any window-weld. All home depot had was polyurethane construction adhesive, which I ended up buying. It felt hard enough anyway

    I have yet to fill my mounts. I might be doing that today as I'll be starting the 5-speed swap today. If you don't fill your mounts before next week, I'll let you know how they feel

    also check out prothane. they make the solid inserts. i got all for off ebay for about $70

    Cuz home depot doesnt have automotive isle. LOL.

    Windo Weld is automotive glass sealant, and i posted that it could be found in NAPA, and also I saw it in Advanced Auto Parts too.



    Do not install prothane inserts if you still have auto transmission. Its been discussed before.
