most likely not, so you would have to buy the fogs and shrouds... and what do you know? I have old style fogs that fit that bumper for sale with shrouds!

The grilles on those other two look odd.

But damn, the black one looks like a mix of USDM PFL in the front. Interesting to see full crystal split housings. Makes me wonder why the USDM got single beams at all.

It sucks those tails have a different shape, I love the way those look.

I've seen the crystal twin-beam heads and the black G's grille for sale, they look awesome! The front bumper is very nice, why can't we have that stuff here?

we can actually. it's the same as when we were having a hard time getting JDM parts, now they r much easier to come by, especially bcuz of the emergence of internet based sales and communication; so yeah if you want it bad enough, there is always a way. now as to why MMNA didn't make our cars look like these, well that has to do w/ the scope and focus of what the USDM 8G actually is/was: our version of the 8G was never meant to compete in the luxury or sport sedan segments, they were made for a bland american market. in other countries the galant often was marketed as luxurious or sports (or both) coming standard w/ turbos, AWD, digital dual climate control, nav etc.

Yeah, I meant "why couldn't the USDM version be as nice as the TDM/WorldSpec versions," but your reasoning why makes sense. US market is US market, they figured if you want upscale, get a Diamante (I guess). I do like the interior of the worldspecs better though.

your diamante comparison is very accurate as in many other markets the diamante was not sold... so they made the galant the "flagship" and equipped it accordingly. other markets had lancers in segments that would compete with our galants; in fact the 9G was never released in japan, instead they kept the 8G until they released the galant fortis which is actually our current lancer.

That black one is vicious, some black-housing heads will perfect it. Can't say I dig the nose on the second car, but my my my that interior is so VIP.

I've been on Taiwan web sites and calling China all damn day trying to find out the name of those damn tail lamps on that 99 V6 Galant EXi. I've checked every phillipine site, Uk site, Japanese site, Indonesian, etc, etc trying to find out the name for those tail lamps in those pics. I'b going to get those lamps, that rear bumper, and that trunk if its the last thing I do. Lol!!!
