    Heelllpppp!!!!!!

    Alright well I guess the title is a little over the top but...

    How do I install new speakers in my front doors? I just bought some polk 6.5" speakers and I have zero idea how to install them

    first you have to take off the door panel, then you unscrew and unplug the old ones and put the new ones in

    it's a few screws and then just yank up on it. It's REAL EASY.

    Remove screw behind door handle (phillips), screw inside the pocket that you use to close the door and last screw on the door part that sits flush with the dash board. After the 3 screws, just pull on it.

    pull outward or upward? screws are off........panel's not budging

    Pry with a flathead from the bottom and then yank upward. The top of the panel rests onto the window gap.

    You gotta pull a little hard because those push type screws are kinda hard to get off the actual door.

    I was scared to pull the pannel that hard at first too, now that they are in, you will have no problem re-doing any part of your door

    In case someone searches this thread later... Roll down your window first! It makes putting the panel back on 10x easier.

    If you post stupid and incorrect information, you will get red nuggets.

    yeah we rolled down the window, but i still managed to break 3 clips, even with Jigz' warning about the plastic around the mirror adjustment thing
