Help~ Changing brake pads

My brakes are wearing off.....But I wasn't sure of couple things.....Do we have brakes on the rear wheels? If yes...are they identical to the front ones? Oh ya my car is 1995 Galant, if that makes any difference.

the rear has brakes also. most likely the brakes u have are the drum type in the back and a disc type in the front. two different types of brakes.
