TGC NY NJ whoever else meet plan

hey everyone in a few weeks it should start getting warmer out and all the snow gone.

why dont we start coming up with some prospective ideas as to what to do and around what date...its been a while since weve all gotten together

generally i am off an sundays so that is the day of the week i prefer, personally i am indifferent to the actual date however, please vote in the poll as to which one would suit you guys best and we will go from there, as to which day in particular you would prefer


for the ideas, it should be warmer out by the time these dates come however, we cant contest with mother natures great scheme of things.
lets try to keep it somewhere where we can go inside if need be... it doesnt have to be an indoor place, but, it would be a good idea not to be strictly outside or if so at least close to somewhere we can all go to if need be.. ie flloyd bennet and corona are obviously not the best choices for this meet

please if you add a place try and post the address as well. so everyone can see how far they would have to travel in order to get there and we can decide in a future period

i would like to stay away from either just grabbing something to eat or dave and busters again. but if this is all we can come up with then so be it, try to think of some things everyone would probrobly enjoy, or a nice area where as i said if we had to we could go grab something to eat or if its cold, hang out for a bit

this thread will close and the real planning for the meet will begin march 3rd which is next wedsday so get your opinions in

as of now the testing interest list is looking decent and there is a lot of interest for the meet.

aso there will be much more people going...the regulars almost always make it out. so expect them...although it would be cool to let me know lol...

weekend of april 3rd and 4th- 4th is Easter and its usually iffy with people getting off Saturdays.

Im good for any other date, and I'll be 21 so I can finally drink if I feel like it :)

Why dont we hit the driving range at edgewater and then maybe find a park an bbq or something. We had a meet last march in conn and bbqed and even though it was chilly it rocked.

i didnt realize about easter i will have to change that and make it the week after (im usually away that week also lol)...as far as individuals not being able to attend we will have to see what is best for everyone overall...remember, june is usually the big corona meet so i dont want to push this too close to that and interfere...and depending on how everything goes we may even be able to squeeze another small get together in between

I personally voted for the weekend of March 27th and 28th. That should give the outdoors plenty of time to warm up, but im pretty much available anytime long as I know 1 or 2 weeks in advance (I love my job). Im not familiar with the places to chill out there so I'll just leave that to you guys. Down for whatever and we should include photos this time.

Nice, dont have too much cash myself since I want to get a new set of shoes and some other stuff for my whip before a car show im going to in May. I'll definitely have something for the tables though

i put the weekend of the 20th and 21st. april 17 and 18 Jen and I will be in Florida for our 1year anniversary vacation. (was gonna be the week of march 17th but got pushed back :? )
anyplace close can be good, as long as good numbers come out.

Damn, I don't have the address but it's the driving range that me, Drew, Matt, Jay, Ro and Roman went to.. It's in edgewater.. Hudson county park is 5 minutes from the driving range. What's even closer is a Starbucks, Outback, and McDonalds. We had a freakin blast last time we went to the range.. Stacking balls up two or three high and just whacking them down range.. What's cool is that it's right on the hudson river so you see the city.. The best is when you go happy gilmore style.. Lol, jay
