upgrade intercooler

hi guys.........had a nice day ripping her apart today...........bloody freezing but got sorted.......after a few weeks contemplating....and viewing Scott's excellent job,i followed suit and fitted me a larger intercooler today(with the proceeds of winning xmas raffle..... ) and an ickle power steering cooler as well......sits nicely between intercooler and ac condenser......took me all bloody afternoon ,but got there in the end...well happy......

the intercooler looks like its touching the bottom of the bumper there, causing it to bend. maybe trim a little off the bottom.

my my wot sharp eyes you got there........

........absolutely right,she was a tight fit,might take some plastic off the full inner lower edge to make the aperture a wee bit bigger....revealing even more of the intercooler.........
