Quick question on rotors and pads

Hi first off I haven't been on here since it was called galantfourm so it's nice to
See that there is still a active galant community around but anyways my question is... I'm going to replace my rotors (because i have warping issues) but my pads still have meat on them so do I need to replace the old pads when I put the new rotors on or will the pads form to the new rotor?*

you'll have the same problem with new rotors, if you dont change your pads.
