    Eclipse motors sit differently in the engine bay than Galant motors do. The only head swaps that work are the Hyundai Sonata, Kia Optima, and Evo (4-9).

    can you get ALL the parts from an hyundai sonata engine if you get the entire engine?

    if you want a head cheaper than ebay plus all cams, and valve train, shoot me a pm. Im pretty busy right now, but I can find time to pull it out

    "272/272 dohc 20psi".. Engine will breath better and will output more power.

    ^^^^^^^^ haha lol, not sure how that would even be remotely possibly setup. but props if you can mak it work;). And that is a helluva port, im guessing the bottom is a ported sohc??

    You can use Evo or Sonata parts such as the cams, cam gears, etc. As far as the entire motor, I am not sure if it will bolt up to the transmission.
