This sort of just happened a moment ago with my 9th Gen.
My vehicle seems to resets itself each time I start my car, my aftermarket stereo doesn't seem to work or respond, my lights turn will not turn on and the computer reads there is an communcation error each time I will attempt to turn on my lights.
Everything else seems to be functional. Anybody might have a similar problem?
Check for blown fuses.

All fuses are good.
Relays? If so which ones do I check?
Never mind, it was something stupid and I figure it out.
Don't be ashamed or anything, can you tell us what it was? It might help someone searching in the future.
