Fog light questions

My girlfriends car (2005 ES) doesn't have fogs, in place of the spot where the fogs would be there is this black cover of some kind. It's still a little to wet and cold out for me to get under the car just yet but, how do I get these black covers out? Cut 'em out? Punch 'em out? Screws on the back? What?

Also, are there any good projector style fog lights out there that any of you have? I'd settle for putting on normal fog lights, but she wants something a lil flashy. Maybe halo's? Something with bright white shade of light rather than yellowish would be ideal. But I'm most concerned with mounting them well.

Hints? Tips? etc?

There's 4 screws on the back of each fog light. They mount to the bumper itself.

If you go with after market fog lights, sell me the plugs that you will cut off to wire in the after market fogs. I'm serious. I need them.

It's pre-wired.. Should be easy to hook up some aftermarket fogs..
