are there any performance shops around you? You should be able to pick up 4-5ft of SS braided line with either a -4 fitting on it. Also, make sure to get some 1/8th NPT -> -4AN adapters.
ty :) lol i had my s clutch line and adapters but gave them to lofty, he was in need
and ty jigz for helping me with shizz
don't put syncromesh is the 5 speed I'm pretty sure its for GM automatic fluid used in (manual) trans, read royal purple's website then using there fluids
from the website
"Synchromax is recommended for manual transmissions that specify an automatic transmission fluid. It’s also ideal for 4×4 transfer cases and motorcycle gear boxes."
we do not use automatic fluid

I run PENNZOIL synchromesh in the 5-speed and no issues. As well as Goosey, Beam and most of the 5-speed swap 8G's. Royal Purple Synchromax might be different from Pennzoils Synchromesh.
3G 5-speeds use a GL-4 rated manual trans lube. GL-4 is NOT carried in most parts stores. If anything run the Mitsu fluid for it, but PENNZOIL synchromesh is the closest thing that works that wont eat up the brass synchros in our transmissions. Royal Purple's Synchromax is most likely a different blend than the Synchromesh.
i didn't know Pennzoil had a synchomesh the only thing i seen them make and have in stores is like injector cleaner
Pennzoil says
"PENNZOIL SYNCHROMESH FLUID is a synchromesh transmission fluid designed for certain manual transaxles and manual transmissions used by General Motors or Chrysler. PENNZOIL SYNCHROMESH FLUID is formulated with high quality paraffinic base stocks, a fluidity modifier, multifunctional performance additives, corrosion inhibitors, a foam suppressor and a shear stable viscosity index improver additive. It provides excellent oxidation stability, low temperature performance, excellent synchronizer performance and compatibility with yellow metals, such as bronze, brass and copper components found in manual transaxles and transmissions. This product will satisfactorily lubricate General Motors or Chrysler manual transaxles and transmissions from -40C to +150C.
BENEFITS
# Exhibits excellent low temperature performance
# Meets GM Specification 9985648
# Suitable for use in GM manual transaxles and transmissions requiring GM Part No. 12345349 or 12345577
# Meets Chrysler specification MS-9224
# Suitable for use in Chrylser transaxles and transmissions requiring Part No. 4874464
# Excellent synchronizer performance
# Excellent yellow metal compatibility"
IMO I don't know if I could trust it with little information
Royal Purple
"Manual Transmission / Transaxle (API GL-4 or GL-5: 75W90, 80W90) arrowMax-Gear 75W90"
eclipse manual says GL-4, GL-5 and like 75w90 i think its been a while since i had to crack one open
so from my conclusion synchomax and synchomesh are both automatic fluids used for GM like camaro's

We can't use GL-5 on any of the 3G manuals because There is a chemical added to the GL-5 lubes that are corrosive to the synchros on the 3g transmissions. I've searched on C3G over and over and GL-4 is the recommended. Technically, according to manybrews, the 50 series transmission on the 3G should use GL-3 75W80.
Most Chrysler transmissions, are Mitsu transmissions so synchromesh is fine. Synchromesh is actual MTL instead of Gear lube used in differentials which is how people use the wrong fluid. Synchromesh is the next best thing to the OEM MTL for the 3G's IMO because it is good for yellow metals like the synchros on the 3G trans and they are readily available at your local parts store. The synchros are brass or copper in the 3G trans, I forget which one. I ran the GL-3/GL-4/GL-5 Coastal fluid and it shifted like shit. Switching to the Synchromesh is day and night difference.
The best fluid for our manual transmissions are the Scott Grey Mix of Redline MTL and BG synchroshift. I have yet to try that.
hmmm sounds interesting i havn't had a problem with the royal purple yet, when i go about changing fluids again ill see what Pennzoil has to offer, this is something to look into
