    ****Idle problems****

    I have to Rev my 8G Galant v4 for it to idle right. If i don't rev and I put into drive it jumps back and forth. I have to rev past 4k, it doesn't matter if cold start or warm start. I checked the IAC cleaned it and wasnt the problem. If you could please help me and please provide repair info.

    have you check wires,spark plugs,coils ...btw you have an I4 not a V4

    Plugs are fine everything is seeming great on the engine its just only when it starts im thinking a leaky injector or a vacuum hose i used some carb cleaner to find a hole in a vacuum hose but im not that handy with cars i only found one vacuum hose i know there are more but i just cant find it and thank you

    If it was a bad vacum leak wouldnt the engine eventually shutter and die? Get you self a Hanes manual there very helpful.
