its a VRG bumper? if so then you need to get a custom crash bar. PM SleekGTZ, he has a custom one
it's a JDM 7G bumper and fogs (DE= Diamond Edition).
that bracket goes on the back of the bumper and has all the mounting points on it for the fogs and the 2 bolts by the head lights. i sent you how to do the swap man its very simple.
not that i look at it i only got the sides of the bracket. mine is a full metal bracket in the center too so i have a crash bar. still the 2 pieces bolt onto the bumper cover then you remove the old bumper like i told you and then put this one in. and move the horn if need be
