alarm went crazy when trying to program remote, Help!!!!

I was trying to program a remote for my galant. I was using a paper clip to jump 1 and 4 together. well i jumped the wrong ones and now my cars horn went off!! i cant get it to stop. well i disconected the battery. and then my horn. and when i try and put the battery back, my emergency lights are on, and im gessing the horn should be on aswell..

My power locks arent working aswell. and the hazzards stay on like city lights... no blinking or anything like that.

Is there anything i should do to stop this? is there a button i should push or a sequence?

    Thanks...

and to clarify, i dont have an aftermarket alarm. i dont think i have an alarm period... just a keyless entry sytem from factory.. thats what i was trying to program...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You probably would have gotten a few more responses if you told people what pins you were referring to. Pin 1 and 4 on what? After the fact, I now know you were talking about the ETACS.
