With stock struts and 4 people in the car, you will most likely rub when going over bumps.....

It shouldn't...maybe the occaissional bump but flat driving you should be fine.

you shouldn't rub... if you do it'll only b momentary over high speed / big bumps. your tires will get eaten away on the inside rear edge about 2x as fast as the outisde edge w/ that load but you should be fine since it's only a few hunfred miles.

Listen, I have Progress springs on a V6 with 18x7.5" rims, a +42mm offset and 225/40 tires. I also have a camber kit in the rear. I'm almost certain that without my rear camber kit, I would not rub like I do now, but the rubbing is very minimal. Since you have a +45mm offset, you are further away from the fender than I am and I assume don't have a camber kit, therefore I would be shocked if you rubbed at all. Your shocks are more likely to bottom out before you would rub.
