Umm not sure I think that half a pound of cheese is only like 12 slices. I think we need a pound or 2 at best.

Anyone have any ideas as to amount?

Umm I think there will be enough people for 2lbs lol! I can bring the charcoal. If you guys can think of anything else we need, let me know.

Im going to try to leave early from english town and make it there. From english town which is 45 mins away from my house, then to NYC which can range from 45-90 mins away lol. Since I wont be able to bring the cheese and charcoal, how about I reemburst(sp) who ever is bringing it for me? Sounds fair?

Last year someone brought two pounds of american cheese sliced fairly thin and we nearly ran out. so 2lbs at least, maybe even 2.5 Im bringing about 100 burgers.

ha I wouldn't worry about reimbursement. It's all volunteer stuff and I'll be happy to help, I think anyone else would to the same.

I'm still bringing chips, dips, maybe a cooler with some ice for the dips and beer. I know some of you like Sam Adams Summer Ale :)
