well i would say that if the coil is not getting power, then something is wrong with your wiring. try to get that universal meter and test the wires going to that coil.
come on guys i know some one on here knows what ny problem is if i can keep from taking it to the shop i will i hate getting ripped off by having some on doing something i can do myself, i just dont know much on electronics of cars outside of wiring up a stereo and system

in most cases that is very true hopefully not in my case if so i am going to go bigger if i can afford it twin turbo v6 baby
very true but it would be worth it in the long run lol
yeah funds are a big deal and speeding might be a problem
i have at this time stock i4 it sucks when it comes to horsepower lol
twin turbo sounds good, always... hope everything works out for u and the G. i love my G but my 2.4 is no tt motor and it makes me sad often...lol

Hope the best for your motor, but upgrading is always more exciting. My timing belt snapped around 78k miles when I was driving around 30 mph. Towed it to a mechanic and had them replace valves and put a new belt on. Engine still running strong at 132k miles.
the twin turbo only comes on the v6 if i stick with the i4 it will be single turbo which is ok also. if all i need is a belt and new valves then i will be happy maybe i will go ahead and go to dohc head maybe cheaper from scrap yard? hopefully so
so thinks to this site i just found out i would have to do a whole lot of bs to swap to v6 so i4 turbo would be the way to go if i have to get a new motor.
you should do the dohc swap too
