Hey guys. I want to install a Short ram intake into my 7g Galant. Ive looked at older threads on ways to do it, but I cannot find parts that are the same as was posted. I don't want to spend over 200 dollars on a Weapon R intake either. So i was wondering if this CAI kit could be converted into a short ram intake, and if so, how would I do this. I'm not very car savvy.

that is still a cold air, and by looking at the MAF adapter you might need a little bit of extra pipe section to make it a short ram if you still want to keep the Cold Air extension pipe on it.
do the CAI anyways.... short ram is a waste of time. It only makes noise...you wont notice any real performance gains at all.
