    My 8G galant

    G'day everyone,

though id throw up some pics of my galant vr4

    Factory Specs
    6a13tt 2.5L twin turbo
    5spd manual
    AYC rear dif

thats about it as far is cool things go.

    engine:
    GFB boost controller
    HKS panel filter
full 3" exhaust with fujitsubo muffler (yet to be fitted)
    HKS SSQv plumbed back
full hard pipe intercooler and intake (not in yet)
reflashed ecu (again, im spare room)

currently 180hp at all fours, goal is 290hp at all fours with about 500 ft-lbs of torque. then its twin TD04 time

    exterior/interior:
    remove stock wing
    ebay lip spoiler
    black side indicators
    shave some badges/blackened the others
facelift grill (taken off to repaint)
rubber front lower lip (to be installed)
EGR rear window visor (still searching, some wanna hook me up? lol)
    evo momo being restitched

    handleing and stopping:
    k sport coilovers
    18x8.5+35 wheels
    225/40 kumho ku17
thicker swaybars front and rear (in mail)
3000GT 4pot front upgrade (coming soon)
    rear camber fix (desperatly needed)

    beats:
    pioneer headunit
    some amp :S
    6.5inch front splits
    6.5" co-ax
    need another amp/headunit/sub asap lol

so thats it! thats my JDM galant vr4. big plans for it, but i gotta keep it maintained first, mods second. its exspensive to run and insure in australia being only 21 but its worth it.
new rims are rota grids 18x9.5+35 all round. cant wait!

ALSO: if anyone is selling a front motor mount (the metal bit, not the rubber insert) for a USDM V6 galant/eclipse, can you PM me, i couldnt make a "wanted to buy"

^^current height, got defected :( lol

carbon dash, its more grey, flash made it blue

hey paulie, how you doing? didn't know you're in here too..

btw.. you know that you only need longer (same strength) bolts right? also with matching washers..

around 10mm longer at least.. then you'll need to fix up your rear guards..

looks good, i like the idea of the 3m stuff it looks great, did you just do the pillars or all around the frame??

mmm. I liked the old wheels better. Is that a 6" round speaker in the rear? lol

yeah 6 or 6.5" lol, cant remeber, its refectling into the rear window. i cant put the oem covers on as the tweeter in the speakers sits too high.

i liked the design of the old rims, but they were kinda heavyish and only 18x8.5+35. might buy some rota g-force's in 18x9+30 soon

oh, and these are my daily rims, they get less attention from the coppers and are a bit more comfortable then 18s

i just wrapped the external part and left a few centimetres (maybe an 1.5 inches worth) to tuck around the back, like the back of the front door pillar and the front of the rear door pillar if you get me
